1. Receipt
We receive your work order through the system portal, email or phone call.
2. Inspection/Repair
Our team schedules a time to inspect or repair the property with the tenant. Then, we dispatch a technician to the location according to your timeframe.
3. Bid
We aim to resolve any necessary repairs within 1-2 hours.
IF WE REQUIRE ANOTHER TRIP and the cost exceeds your Not To Exceed limit, we will provide a bid for the project within 24 hours.
4. Repair
Once our bid is accepted, we will schedule the project trades with the resident within your specified timeframe.
5. Finish The Job
We close any relevant permits and bill you for the agreed upon amount.

Our process is straightforward: you call us to fix a problem, and we send a technician to inspect the property. If the issue can be resolved on the first visit (within an hour), we will take care of it. If not, we will estimate the project cost and send a bid to you within 24 hours. Once you approve the bid, we’ll perform the required tasks within a specified timeframe. We’ll then bill according to our agreement, and the job is done!
