Large Renovation Process

Large Project Inspection

When our technicians identify large projects that require completion, they conduct a thorough examination of the potential project.

Estimation Phase

After our technician inspects the property and sends information to the head office, we start the estimation process. We deliver bids within 24 hours and await our satisfied client's response.

Project Completion

Once the bid is accepted, we promptly schedule the job with the tenant. We return to the job site, complete the work, and fulfill all city inspections and permitting requirements. Finally, we request the tenant to complete a survey rating our performance.
