Our team coordinates with the tenant to schedule an inspection or initial repair. A technician is dispatched according to your requested timeframe.
3. Bid
We strive to complete any necessary repairs within 1–2 hours.
If additional work is required and the cost exceeds your Not-To-Exceed limit, we will provide a detailed bid within 24 hours.
4. Repair
Once the bid is approved, we schedule the appropriate trades with the resident, following your specified timeframe.
5. Job Completion
We finalize the project, close any applicable permits, and invoice you for the agreed-upon amount.

For a detailed list of our rates, please contact us. You’ll find our rates to be the most competitive. In many cases, we do offer special pricing. The more properties you manage, the better we can maintain them at a low rate.
Our process is straightforward: you call us to fix a problem, and we send a technician to inspect the property. If the issue can be resolved on the first visit (within an hour), we will take care of it. If not, we will estimate the project cost and send a bid to you within 24 hours. Once you approve the bid, we’ll perform the required tasks within a specified timeframe. We’ll then bill according to our agreement, and the job is done!
